We support our clients with a structured approach in three phases:

1. Feasibility
We carry out a complete quick scan. We identify potential design and supplier risks and review existing technical documentation. This results in a clear feasibility report with cost and time estimates, and a solid GO/NO-GO recommendation.

2. Analysis
Based on the identified priorities, we perform an in-depth analysis. We focus on Design for Manufacturability (DfM), FMEA, supply chain optimization, and the required technical documentation. The outcome is a concrete report with practical improvement recommendations and next steps.

3. Improve
We guide the full implementation from prototype to zero-series. This includes supply chain setup, validation of production processes, quality agreements, and an initial production run of 5–15+ units. Finally, we ensure full knowledge and documentation transfer: complete production flowcharts, work instructions, supplier contacts, and training for internal and external teams.
